This was over 1 hour 30 minutes of interactive online workshop that people joined via zoom that covered the big question of "Who am I?", delved into Mind, Body, Spirit, the psychology that holds us stuck and the process of breaking free so we can rewrite our life. This includes great tips for creating lasting change, self-discovery exercises, a guided manifestation meditation and much more.
